"Today I will make my bed upon awakening, thanking God for the power and decision to do so"... symbolizing that we must accept how we have founded ourselves as people created and propelled in the direction of our teachers; and then review what we'd like to do to better ourselves and improve upon it.

• We ought live in the moment... because it's been speculated that there is only the "eternal moment of now".

• We must let go of all guilt about any mistakes we've made in the past, for they have taught us who we are not.

• We have a put together a well thought out plan to acquire all the things we need to have a productive and fulfilling life, always living it to the very best of our abilities; always moving toward the higher path.

• We pass on our knowledge to our children so they can improve upon it.

Sometimes, as a last resort; repeated exposure to that which we fear most helps us to be courageous enough to accept and confront even our own mortality. If we were to die today, could we say that we've accomplished all that God, (or whatever the heck we're here for); has given us to do? Seriously, have we made a difference in peoples lives? Have we put education, integrity, responsibility, courage and hope in the minds and hearts of our Children? Make your bed... and lay in it.
